The Lowell Housing Authority (LHA) and its nonprofit development affiliate The Revitalization Effort Towards New Urbanism, Inc. (RENU) seek a qualified, registered/licensed and insured Architect (the “Architect”) to provide preliminary analysis and design services. The awarded Architect will analyze existing and planned zoning constraints for certain parcels owned and parcels to potentially be acquired in Lowell, Massachusetts
