The Lowell Housing Authority (the Authority) is seeking quotes from qualified audit/accounting firms to conduct the Authority’s annual audit for the twelve-month period ended 9/30/2023.  The audit shall be conducted in accordance with Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS) and provisions of 2CFR200 subpart F “Audit Requirements.”  The audit must be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and Federal Audit Clearinghouse by the reporting deadline of June 30, 2024.
