The Lowell Housing Authority is seeking bids from qualified contractors interested in the replacement of three air handler systems at the Armand P. Mercier Center.

A Pre-Bid Site Visit shall take place on May 28, 2024 @ 10:00 AM.  Interested bidders shall meet at the Mercier Center located at 21 Salem Street.
