The Lowell Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Bathroom Renovation at 62 Colonial Avenue in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Architectural Consulting Services, LLC.

The Project consists of: renovations to an existing bathroom on the second level of an existing supervised elderly nursing home. Work will include removal of the existing bathtub and installation of a new shower unit with associated plumbing, accessories, etc. Additionally, a new window unit will be
installed to allow for installation of new grab bars within the shower  unit. Finally, a new exhaust fan will be installed and vented to the building exterior. The work is estimated to cost $12,435.00.
