The Lowell Housing Authority invite sealed bids from contractors for the redistribution of electricity at Highland Parkway.  Project includes wiring for and new security cameras throughout the development.

A Pre-Bid Site Visit shall take place on April 16, 2024 @ 10:00 AM.  Interested Contractors should meet at 580 Chelmsford Street, Lowell, MA 01850.
