The general scope of this project is to remove existing domestic hot water (DHW) boilers and heat exchangers that have reached lifecycle term. The system shall be resized and replaced with up to three (3) new natural gas thermal (or geothermal) efficiency DHW boilers with condensate neutralization to service 524 public housing residential apartments in 33 buildings.

A Briefing Session shall take place on November 20, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Mercier Center located at 21 Salem Street, Lowell, MA 01854.
