The LHA is excited to inform you about our latest efforts to implement more engaging educational and extracurricular activities to better serve youth living within our developments. The Authority will be funding a series of day trips within the community throughout the year for which your teen may interested.


Keeping with the spirit of summer, the Lowell Housing Authority is planning its first trip to see a Lowell Spinners baseball game, and would love to have your teen join our youth group for a day at the ballpark.

Seats are limited for this event, so the Authority will be raffling off 20 free individual tickets to the game for Lowell Housing Authority Youth (Ages 14-17).

The day includes:


·         Box seat ticket

·         Concessions, including a Hot Dog, Ice Cream and Beverage

·         Game Program

·         Wait Service throughout the game


To enter the raffle drawing, please instruct your teen to complete our brief survey and return to the Authority along with the raffle stub. Surveys and stubs may be returned to your property manager’s office, by mail using the pre-posted envelope enclosed to Lowell Housing Authority, 350 Moody Street, P.O. Box 60, Lowell, MA 01853 or complete our survey online through our Survey Monkey link at If completing an online survey, a ticket will be created for you.


Must be a Section 8 or public housing resident between the ages of 13-17 to register.


The deadline to enter is Tuesday, July 11, 2017.
